我們提供香港地區以內的送貨服務。請在收銀台 - " Order Comments " 一欄中註明送貨日期、時間和收件人。我們將透過電話與您確認送貨資料。

深水埗區: 美乎 / 南昌 / 荔枝角 / 長沙灣
觀塘區 / 黃大仙區: 藍田 / 啟德 / 鑽石山 / 彩紅 / 九龍灣 / 新蒲崗

註1: 送貨服務不包括上樓/上門，須自行於客貨車取貨。
註2: 送貨時間 : (任何1小時，例如2點至3點)
       星期一至星期六: 上午11時至晚上8時
       星期日及公眾假期: 上午11時至下午3時
註3: 送貨服務不適用於馬灣及離島，其他地區請向店員查詢。

退貨政策

如因懸掛颱風或暴雨警告信號而導致客人未能如期取得貨物，客人可以電郵或Whatsapp通知更改取貨或送貨日期，否則本公司將不會承擔任何責任。
未開封貨物可於7天內換貨，請攜同貨物及收據到門市換貨。
請注意，氣球一概不能退款。

We delivery to most address in Hong Kong. Please indicate the delivery date, time and addressee at checkout - " Order Comments " area. We will confirm the date, time and delivery address with you via phone call. 

For exact delivery cost, please proceed to checkout page or contact us.

Note1: Delivery service does NOT include door-to-door service. Recipient has to pick up at the delivery van. 
Note2: Delivery Time (any one-hour slot):
            Mon-Sat 11am-8pm
            Sunday and Public Holidays: 11am-3pm
Note3: Delivery service is not yet available for Ma Wan and outlying islands. Please ask our staff for other locations not listed above.

Follow Chinese version for any discrepancy. Ball Ba Balloons reserve the rights to final decision.
 

Returns Policy

You may return new, unopened items (except balloons) within 7 days of delivery or in-store purchase for exchange. Please bring along the item and the receipt to our retail store.
Please note that balloons are non-refundable.
